Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- It must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
After the 7 days has past and before 30 days. You can return the product with 80% of your item purchase as refund.
Please note that, for change of mind returns, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Once we receive the returned product and it meets the above conditions, we will process a refund.
Faulty Products or Items Not Matching the Description
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if the item you received is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided, or is not fit for its intended purpose, you have the right to return the item for a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to a repair of the item if applicable.
To return a faulty product or an item that does not match the description:

- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing you with a return authorization.
- You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping; however, we will reimburse these costs if the item is found to be faulty or does not match the description.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to determine whether it is faulty or does not match the description. If the item is found to be in violation of the Australian Consumer Law, we will offer you a refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion.
